Maroon 5 tributes Mick Jagger in "Moves Like Jagger" video

Moveslikejagger

As dynamic frontmen go, the Rolling Stones' lead singer, Mick Jagger, is simply one of the best. His skinny waist and flamboyant stage antics have made him a rock legend for the last 5 decades. And he's strangely had a bit of a resurgence in pop music as of late with both Ke$ha and the Black Eyed Peas name dropping him in songs.
Maybe it was those references to Mick in contemporary pop music that inspired Adam Levine and the boys of Maroon 5 to craft a whole song around having the "moves like Jagger."
The only thing Levine forgot? Mick Jagger's moves. If you're going to write a song about dancing up a storm like Mick Jagger, then you better cut a rug in your video. Instead, Adam gives a shoulder shimmy here and a half-hearted hip thrust there. As for guest star Christina Aguilera, she looks like she overslept and hurriedly grabbed whatever she could out of Mother Goose's closet and headed to the set.
